Professor Kwong Lee Dow

Professor Dow was appointed Professor of Education at the Melbourne University in 1973 and Dean of Education in 1978, and became Vice-Chancellor of the University in 2004. Professor Dow has also been appointed to numerous Commonwealth government bodies focused on issues ranging from higher education financing and policy to Indigenous education and was a member of the Australian OECD Advisory Committee on Education. And his contribution is now recognised by the highest award of the University.
